Ellen is originally from the Midwest and studied Elementary Education at the University of Northern Iowa. Her affinity for education and development led her into various leadership roles in the retail and telecommunications industries to enhance internal and external customer relations. She enjoys getting a firsthand look into a field of service that she respects and admires.

As the firm’s Client Services Manager, Ellen uses her customer service and leadership background to build trust and confidence in the firm's services including the people delivering them.

Ellen has been residing in Vancouver, WA since 2005. She fell in love with the PNW when she flew into SeaTac for the first time in 2000 and saw Mt. Rainier at sunrise. She loves exploring what life has to offer including the varying challenges that may come with it.  She can usually be found adventuring outdoors on the trail, pushing her limits participating in obstacle course races, or reaching for new heights rock climbing and mountaineering.
