Brittany has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry with a strong ability in mentorship. In her previous work, Brittany’s skill in monitoring, maintaining and counseling her clientele’s high profile auto and mortgage loans, and commercial business loans led her to many promotion opportunities within her company. Brittany’s ability to create and maintain process flows for consumers dealing with federal and state regulations eventually led her to supervisory roles where she coached both individual and professional team developments.

Brittany brings to McKean Smith a detailed workflow, and maintains a seamless experience overseeing the financial relationship with our clients and monitoring their statuses to ensure effective communication and transparency takes place.

Brittany grew up in Battleground, WA on a small farm, which rooted her love for animals and the outdoors. Outside of the office, you can find Brittany attending sporting events with her husband and three boys, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with her family and dog, Biggie.
