For over 25 years Sonia Montalbano has counseled individuals and companies of all sizes in the areas of employment and business law, with an emphasis on litigation in both state and federal courts. Having represented both employers and employees, she understands the thought process of all sides in a matter, allowing her to provide practical and effective solutions, and to avoid unnecessary and unwanted complications. She has also litigated and testified as an expert witness on the issue of attorney fees in fee disputes and served as an arbitrator in numerous cases. Her experience provides an expansive knowledge base, allowing her to practice employment and business law with distinction. Ms. Montalbano offers informed and comprehensive advice on all aspects of business, including, but not limited to wage and hour issues; handbook policies; contract negotiations; investigations into employee misconduct; non-competition agreements; severance packages; compliance with leave laws; and entity formation.

Combining her skill in communication and desire to contribute to the community, Ms. Montalbano frequently performs as an auctioneer and emcee. Her contributions have assisted in raising over 1.5 million dollars for a number of non-profit organizations.
