Having recently emigrated from Ireland, Ashley has chosen the extremely comparable and familiar climate of the Pacific Northwest to be her new home. Gaining her BA in Digital Media, Ashley’s love for music, photography and the Arts led her to work predominantly in Music, Theater, and Performing Art schools in marketing and administrative roles.

Ashley fell in love with the States in 2017 when she worked the summer as a Coordinator at one of America’s largest overnight summer camps in the Catskill Mountains of New York. She returned the next summer on an 18-month J1 visa where she was promoted to Assistant Director of Camp Wawayanda where she honed her leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Before moving to Washington in 2023, Ashley worked for a busy HVAC contractor as an office administrator.

Ashley joined McKean Smith in late 2023 as an Executive Assistant, where she combines her technical, administrative, creative, and interpersonal skills. She loves the multi-faceted aspects of her role and is excited to be a part of an expanding, progressive company.
