Rachel Elder has an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College and a bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of Redlands. She has 10 years’ experience working as a paralegal in civil litigation, family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. Rachel’s grandmother and father were both attorneys, and Rachel’s sister also works as a paralegal.

Outside of work, Rachel volunteers her time as a board member of the Parent Teacher Organization at her son’s school.
