Peter C. Spratt

For more than 40 years Peter has delivered pragmatic, common-sense solutions to clients in a wide range of areas.  Since beginning his career in a prominent Seattle law firm, Peter has helped clients efficiently and economically complete business transactions of every type, size and shape, domestically and internationally.  He has a deep understanding of business, encompassing the full cycle of a company’s business, and is skilled in balancing risks through innovative problem-solving while adhering to company values, culture, policies, and procedures.

Peter’s approach to the practice of law offers the unique perspective of having been “in the trenches”.  For nearly 20 years Peter worked alongside business decision makers as General Counsel for tech, banking, and healthcare companies. Beyond that, Peter was the one addressing day-to-day matters as the owner of a hotel, restaurant, and conference center.

Understanding the connection between personal and business priorities lead Peter to gain a wealth of experience in Estate and Trust Planning.  Further Peter’s federal and state tax experience and knowledge offers guidance for that important aspect of any matter or transaction.

No matter the problem, issue or transaction, Peter will work with you to achieve the best result possible, because if he has not already dealt with it, he knows how to find the answer.

When not in the office Peter shares his passion for Science Fiction (especially Star Trek), fantasy (Dune, Tolkien, Game of Thrones), Jack Reacher, theatre, art history and travel with his long suffering (much beloved) wife and two sons.
